I would also do the trade as you're set at RB and will be getting a nice backup and you're getting a top3 WR and getting ride of a non-performer in Housh and a hurt Manningham.

I think I would do Palmer for Benson and Celek if you can swing it as that would help you now and in years to come. That way you would still have Rodgers and you could pick-up a backup in FA just in case that oline actually does get Rodgers killed this year.

I also like Rodgers for Benson, Celek and Rivers too. The way I see this one is you'd be getting a QB with as much talent as what you're giving up and basically getting the other two thrown into the deal....Actually I like this one the best!

If you're in a PPR league then I would sit Bowe as he may only catch 3 passes but 1 could be a td.

If not a PPR I would sit Smith as SD can stop the pass but can't stop the run so he could get 5-8 catches for 50-70yds.

Crabtree is looking like the real thing and playing at home for the first time and playing against Tenn. I think he'll give you solid numbers.

Bowe will be a good start playing against Jacksonville and will be a solid start as well.

Of your pick-ups only M. Morris and F. Jones have a prayer of touching the ball. Christ, K. Smith is on the PUP list. I don't know if I would trade for Jones but if it is of no consequence to you it might be a good route. I guess your going to play Addai and Mendy. Choice is a tough call and Jennings is not playable. I would keep my TE and pick-up Morris and cross my fingers.

Manningham is out, I believe with a signifigant injury. He was supposed to play and at the last minute sat out. This is NYG playing games and the tact they took (saying he would play) leads me to believe that he's really hurt. He was hurt his rookie year and has been hurt by multiple injuries this year including a previous injury to the shoulder that is bothering him now. That's good enough for me. Smith should see the ball more with him out.

That's pretty much where i'm leaning. Too bad NYG keep trying to force the ball to Nicks and Manningham when Smith is quietly catching everything thrown his way.

I am really down on S. Smith and NYG passing game in general, hell make that the whole team O and D. I would probably play Crabtree, if he is getting 80 or so yards, one trip into the endzone makes for a nice day. Bowe, I don't know, I do not have a good feel for him and I do not like his team. Me personally, I would not play him. Crabtree and then I guess Smith, reluctantly.

I agree. Never sit VJax.
You have to ride Austin until he cools down.
But I think I'd give Celek the start over Driver. (Just a hunch this week).

Housh & Wallace. Cards have just been out of sinc this season... Boldin's been on my bench for weeks and Breaston hasnt impressed at all. Wallace is developing trust as a deep threat. He gets more looks each week.

I would go with Housh and Wallace. Housh has the best mathcup, and Wallace has evolved into a great deep threat.
