That's subject to opinion. There's no denying that MFL allows for amazing graphics and customization but I totally disagree about their site being "more user friendly" as you say. I've played in a ton of MFL leagues and we even had TBL2 on there for one season and we came back to RT because the bells and whistles weren't enough to keep us there.

RT's interface, while a bit antiquated is much cleaner and simpler.
